Apply one coat of Pure Matte to the nail bed. Apply two coats of desired color. Allow five minutes to completely dry. For a matte look, apply Pure Matte as a top coat. For a buffed shine, apply Pure Bling on top. For best results, make sure nails are clean and dry before applying varnish.
